2026 BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS

Grande remains committed to offering competitive benefits that support Associates and their family’s needs in 2026. Below are some of the highlights of this year’s Open Enrollment.

• ENROLLMENT TIERS OF COVERAGE UPDATE – there will now be four tiers of coverage for Associates to enroll in. Associates will have the option to enroll in Associate, Associate + Spouse, Associate + Child(ren) or Family coverage.
• DENTAL PLAN UPDATES – beginning in 2026, Grande will offer one dental plan option. Delta Dental will provide coverage for all Associates, offering access to a nationwide network of providers to support Associates’ dental care needs.
• EMOTIONAL WELLBEING PROGRAM – an additional emotional wellbeing resource will now be made available to Associates and their family with Lyra. Lyra provides eight therapy or coaching sessions along with many more emotional wellbeing resources.
• HOSPITAL INDEMNITY – Grande is excited to offer the option to enroll in a new voluntary benefit to provide cash payments in a situation where hospitalization occurs.
• ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OFFERINGS AND DISCOUNT PROGRAM – Associates will now have access to purchase additional insurance at a discounted rate such as pet insurance, auto insurance, mortgage insurance, etc. Associates will also have access to a new discount site, Perk Spot, to receive discounts on hotels, restaurants, retail stores and more!
• NEW WELLBEING PLATFORM – Associates and their spouses/domestic partners will have access to a new wellbeing platform through Navigate. Navigate will support Associates on their wellness journey with a variety of opportunities to earn points.
