Grande Current Measures

As of July 1, 2020 

Signs or Symptoms?

  • Contact your primary care provider or the Grande Clinic (920.907.3922)
  • Signs and Symptoms (can appear 2-14 days after exposure):
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Difficulty breathing
    • Shortness of breath

Self-Quarantine PER Doctor

  • DO NOT come into work. Call your HRBP to notify them of the situation.
  • A doctor’s note will be required to be sent via email or text.

Business Travel

  •  All business related air travel is suspended.
  • Participation in all conferences, conventions, food shows, etc. has been canceled. No new airplane, food show or conference travel should be booked until further notice.
  • If you live in a high concentration area, consult with your manager on how to manage work expectations appropriately.
  • Gatherings, of more than 10 people, with non-Associates must be approved as business critical with your Vice President.

Personal Travel

  • Beginning March 18, 2020, Associates returning from any trip, even within the U.S., will need to request clearance from their HRBP before coming into work. We may require Associates to self-quarantine for 14 days if their travel created a heightened potential for exposure of COVID-19.
  • Trips booked after March 18, 2020 should be given careful consideration.  If you are asked to self-quarantine following a trip that was booked after March 18, you will not be eligible to receive paid leave.
  • Associates returning from international or cruise ship travel will be asked to quarantine for 14-days.

Visitors & Contractors

  • Visitors are restricted from all Grande facilities unless visits are approved by the Vice President as “business essential”
  • Approved visitors will now be required to receive a Temperature Check within the designated area at the entrance of the facility, followed by digital completion of the Health Declaration Form via the Envoy system at check-in (this has replaced the paper form).  Please see additional information at the link above.
  • Currently engaged contractors and temporary workers will continue to have access to our facilities as we work through the business criticality of their work.  We will require “business-essential” approval before allowing new contractors or temporary workers into our facilities.

Fitness Centers

  • All on-site fitness centers remain closed until further notice.

Health Clinics

  • The Health & Wellness Clinics will remain open, but may move non-essential appointment visits.  The clinic will contact you should your appointment need to be postponed.  If you have any questions, please contact the Clinic at 920-907-3922.
  • COVID-19 specimens may be collected within our Grande clinics, but only if the practitioner deems necessary based on your symptoms.  At this time, you cannot request to be tested if you are asymptomatic or if a practitioner has not requested the test.
