DIRECTIONS
The Grande Health and Wellness Clinic in Juda is located off of Highway S. The clinic is in between the Juda Whey and Juda Cheese facilities. You can enter through the Juda Whey driveway, there is a marked sign. Parking will be available to patients. The Clinic entrance is located to on the far right ofthe Health and Wellness Center. Upon entering the waiting room press the call button and the provider will come to greet you.
