What does AMRAP mean?? As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible (AMRAP): This means you will complete a circuit as many times as you can within a given time frame. For example, 6 minute AMRAP: 5 squats, 10 pullups, 20 jumping jacks. When 6 minutes is up, record your total rounds completed.
In the circuit below you will complete 5 reps of each exercise, then 10, then 15, and so on. If you reach the end of 35 reps before your 20 minutes is up – start over! 🙂
