IMPORTANT PROGRAM UPDATE AUGUST 2020
Grande has made the difficult decision to cancel our biometric screening events (HRA) for 2020 out of a concern for safety and consistency with our other COVID‐19 policies. We understand the impact this has on your 2021 wellness incentive and have made the following changes to help you earn your medical premium discount through Asset Health and still reach your wellness goals.
- Points Requirement – Total points required to earn the 2021 wellness incentive has been lowered from 500 to 350.
- Health Assessment – The point value of the Health Assessment questionnaire has increased from 50 to 150.
- Wellness Challenges – The point value of wellness challenges has increased from 25 to 50.
Note: Previously completed activities will automatically have their point values adjusted to reflect the above changes.
YOUR ONLINE WELLNESS PORTAL
Grande has partnered with Asset Health to provide you access to a variety of resources and online courses that will help you better understand your overall health and wellbeing. These resources will assist you in taking a more direct and active role in the successful management of your most important asset — your health!
Access health information and resources through the portal at www.assethealth.com/grandehealth and earn points for participating in different activities. Begin your experience by logging into the portal and taking a short Health Assessment (HA) questionnaire. Once logged in, you can read condition-specific information, use interactive tools and enjoy the Asset Health TALK newsletter, which covers seasonal topics, healthy recipes, and tips like how to reduce stress and stay energized throughout the workday.

Earn Your Incentive – Medically Enrolled Employees
This program not only offers the chance to improve your health, but also to earn a medical Premium Discount for the 2021 plan year. Medically enrolled Associates and covered spouses are eligible for premium medical discounts ($25/paycheck for Associates, $35/paycheck for Associate + Spouse) for each reaching their choice of approved wellness activities.
Non-medically enrolled Associates/spouses are encouraged to participate in the program to support their personal wellbeing and maximize the health and culture at Grande.
All participants will be eligible for additional incentives throughout the year.
