UPPER BODY SUPERSET* WORKOUT

Complete 3 rounds of each superset before moving onto the next.

* Superset is when you perform two different exercises one right after the next with no rest or break in between.

Set 1:

– 15 Bicep Curls

– 15 Triceps Extension

 Set 2:

– 15 Front Shoulder Raises

– 10 Push-ups (regular or modified)

 Set 3:

– 15 Bicep Hammer Curls

– 15 Dips

 Set 4:

– 15 Side Shoulder Raises

– 15 Chest Presses
