Complete 20 reps of the five exercise listed in the 20 reps section, then move onto the 40 reps of four exercises, then to the 60 reps of three exercises. And then make your way back down the pyramid once you completed the 60 reps section back to the 40 reps and then finish with the 20 reps section. Picture demonstrations of the exercises are below.
