The Walktober challenge is coming to a close! You have all done a wonderful job – make sure to congratulate yourself for staying on track and sticking to your goals!
As a reminder the challenge is extended to Wednesday, October 28th – so I will need team results by this Friday, October 30th! Some teams have turned in their points already, which I will notify those teams that they can submit their point after Wednesday!
Team challenge winners will be announced on Monday, November 2nd!
As the challenge comes to a close this week, don’t stop what you’ve been doing and lose out on all the progress you’ve made. Make goals and hold yourself accountable without the need of a challenge.
Do you have a goal for each of your workouts? Having a goal is more important than you may think. When each workout is goal-oriented, you’ll get the most out of your exercise time.
Decide how many reps you’ll do, how many minutes you’ll walk or run, at what intensity you want your workout to be at before you begin – then go for it!
You can also take it a step further by setting clear goals, writing them down, and keeping a record of your workouts. There’s nothing quite like knowing exactly where you want to be, where you currently are, and what you’ve achieved.
