TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

Grande provides support for Associates seeking an Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree that are pursuing knowledge and skills to be successful in their current or future role at Grande. After six months of employment, eligible Associates can receive up to $5,250 per calendar year in tuition reimbursement. ADOPTION BENEFIT

Grande supports Associates who are looking to grow their family. We provide financial support to Associates who legally adopt children. Upon finalizing an adoption, eligible Associates are eligible to receive up to $5,000 for adoption assistance. To receive reimbursement, Associates must complete a reimbursement form and associated paperwork. Completed paperwork should be submitted to benefits@grande.com.
