Grande is thrilled to announce a new wellbeing platform, Navigate, designed to help prioritize your wellbeing. With Navigate, participants will continue to be able to track points and complete activities that support overall wellbeing – from physical fitness and emotional health to financial wellbeing. With a focus on whole-self wellbeing, every aspect of health is supported. Navigate offers participants a refreshed, personalized and streamlined experience for Associates and their spouse/domestic partner to explore personal or group challenges, video courses, curated recipes and much more! Explore a variety of wellbeing pillars within Navigate: mindfulness, physical, community, social, financial, nutrition, purpose and balance.
The following programs and features will be available:
- Total Health Survey
- Personalized incentive tracking to monitor progress
- Personal and group wellness challenges
- Fitness activity tracking
- Wellness courses tailored to the participant’s health needs
- Health and wellness educational resources
- Total wellbeing portal activities
Earn Incentives!
Associates and spouses/ domestic partners are eligible to participate in the wellbeing platform regardless of medical plan enrollment. Achieve 750 points in Navigate and complete a biometric screening or annual exam by November 15, 2026 to receive a medical premium discount for 2027. Your biometric screening or annual exam must be completed between December 2, 2025 and November 15, 2026. The current discount is $35 per paycheck for Associates and an additional $20 for spouse participation. Those hired before August 1, 2026 are grandfathered into a reduced rate for the remainder of the year but must meet the requirements by November 15, 2026 to continue receiving a discounted rate in 2027. Those hired after August 1, 2026, will be grandfathered into the rate for 2026 and all of 2027 (To earn the additional spouse discount for 2026, Associates and spouses/domestic partners must meet the requirements by the program deadline.) Point balances in the wellbeing platform will reset to zero beginning January 1, 2027.
Part-time and non-medically enrolled Associates and spouses/domestic partners are encouraged to participate in the program to support their personal wellbeing. All participants will be eligible for additional incentives throughout the year.
