Recognition Program

Grande recognizes Associates to celebrate their unique contributions, reinforce a Culture of pride in excellence, and strengthen their connection to Grande’s Mission. By recognizing service milestones and exceptional achievements, Grande ensures every Associate feels valued, appreciated, and integral to the Enterprise’s continued growth and success. 

Program Components 

Grande’s Recognition Program is comprised of celebration, recognition, and reward opportunities that acknowledge Associates throughout their journey with Grande. The program includes: 

Celebrations: A structured acknowledgement or event that highlights a milestone or accomplishment.  

Recognition: Acknowledgement and appreciation of an Associate’s contributions, behaviors, and achievements in a meaningful and timely way. It focuses on expressing, in a non-monetary way, gratitude and reinforcing positive actions that align with Grande’s values and purpose. 

Rewards: A tangible benefit provided to Associates because of their contributions or milestones. Rewards go beyond acknowledgment by offering something of value—such as points, gifts, or monetary incentives. 

Recognition Platform 

Grande has a Recognition Platform, powered by Awardco, to recognize our Associates for their hard work and dedication. Using the Recognition Platform, Associates have access to a single, simple to use platform that offers a large reward network, and the ability to recognize fellow Associates for exemplifying characteristics aligned with Grande’s Foundational Competencies – Striving for excellence and Committed to Culture. 

Associates can access the Recognition Platform by visiting https://grande.awardco.com or downloading the Awardco app. Awardco also offers an integration with Microsoft Teams, meaning Associates can recognize one another and see rewards without leaving Microsoft Teams.
