DISABILITY AND LEAVE PLANS

We know that the unexpected can occur. Grande partners with Reliance Matrix to provide Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), two company-paid disability plans, and paid parental leave that can support you and your family during these times.

REASONS FOR YOU TO REQUEST LEAVE

  • Your health care provider has determined you are unable to work due to illness, injury, or pregnancy
  • You need to care for a family member who has a serious health condition
  • You need to care for a child due to birth, adoption, or foster care placement
  • Your spouse, child, or parent is on covered active duty in the Armed Forces
  • You need to care for your spouse, child, or parents who are undergoing medical treatment, is in outpatient status, or is on the temporary disability retired list for an injury incurred while on active duty in the Armed Forces
  • You need another type of leave covered by state leave laws

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY

The STD plan allows for time away from work due to a non-work related Associate illness or injury, up to a maximum of 26 weeks.

LONG-TERM DISABILITY

The LTD plan provides a benefit for an extended disability or after a 180 day waiting period.

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE

Grande provides you with Paid Parental Leave to support time off and bonding with a child.
