COVERAGE INFORMATION

Full-time Associates working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for Grande’s benefit offerings. Associates are eligible for benefits 30 days after they are hired. Coverage will remain in place through December 31st. Eligible dependents include spouses/domestic partners and children up to the age of their 26th birthday. Associates have the option to select from the following coverage tiers:

  • Associate – Associate only coverage
  • Associate + Child(ren) – Associate and one or more children
  • Associate + Spouse – Associate plus spouse/domestic partner
  • Family – Associate plus spouse/domestic partner and one or more children

WHAT IF I DON’T ENROLL?

If Associates don’t enroll in benefits within UKG, they will not be enrolled in coverage. Associates will not be eligible to enroll until the next Open Enrollment period for benefits, effective in 2027, unless they experience a qualifying life event (QLE).

QUALIFYING LIFE EVENT (QLE)

A QLE is a change in marital status (such as marriage or divorce), the birth/adoption of a child, death of a dependent, a loss or gain of existing health coverage, etc. When an Associate experiences a QLE, they have 30 days from the date of the QLE to make changes to their benefit elections online in UKG. If assistance is required in updating benefit elections, Associates should reach out to the Benefits Team.

ENROLLING IN UKG

If enrolling dependents for coverage, Associates should make sure to have their personal information including, social security number and date of birth. Associates will be required to enter this information when enrolling. Once all information is secured, Associates should log into UKG (https://n24.ultipro.com or https://grande.ultipro.com) and select Myself, Life Events, I am a new Associate begin the enrollment process.
