You and your dependents have access to Health Navigator’s health advisory services. You do not need to be enrolled in Grande’s medical plan to utilize these services. As a member, you will gain the peace of mind that comes with having an objective, unbiased, resource to coordinate an expert medical review and guide you through your most pressing healthcare challenges.

Health Navigator offers patients a more personable, one on one relationship with a healthcare provider to focus on their overall health including but not limited to: prescription and disease management, education, preventative care, and health management. Advisory Services Include:

  • Expert medical opinion/ confirmation of diagnosis
  • Research on the specific medical diagnosis and treatment options
  • Customized report identifying top local, regional, or national specialists
  • Facilitated appointments with top specialists or Centers-of-Excellence
  • Gathering, organizing, and forwarding of key medical records
