– Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (or whey protein powder)
- 1 cup milk (cows, almond, coconut, etc…)
- ½ tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. coco powder
- ½ frozen banana
- Add ice as needed for thickness
