Get your sweet fix with this “ice cream” smoothie recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder*
  • 1 cup milk* (cow, almond, coconut, etc…)
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • Optional: add other fruit like strawberries, raspberries or blueberries for added sweetness and fiber without the added processed sugars!

DIRECTIONS:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
