With the days getting a little longer and the temps slowly creeping up, we can’t help but think of summer! This sunrise smoothie will definitely get you in the mood for t-shirts, shorts and flip flops!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup milk (your choice: cows, almond, coconut, etc…)
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½  frozen banana
  • ½ c frozen pineapple
  • ½ c frozen strawberries
  • ½ tsp. coconut extract
  • Splash of orange juice

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

 

Nutrition Facts: 268 Calories; 5 g fat; 50 g carbs; 9 g protein.

* We used coconut milk in this smoothie recipe. You could bump up the protein by adding a scoop of whey protein power too!
