INGREDIENTS:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder*
- 1 cup milk* (cow, almond, coconut, etc…)
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Optional: add other fruit like strawberries, raspberries or blueberries for added sweetness and fiber without the added processed sugars!
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
