Peanut butter AND chocolate mixed together in a good for you smoothie…what could be better?!Give this tasty treat a try when you’re craving something sweet!

–          Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (or whey protein powder)
  • 1 cup milk (cows, almond, coconut, etc…)
  • ½ tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. coco powder
  • ½  frozen banana
  • Add ice as needed for thickness

–          Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

– Chocolate Protein Powder: 150 calories, 3 g fat, 8 g carbs, 24 g protein

– Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk:  30 calories, 2.5 g fat, 1 g carbs, 1 g protein
