DIRECTIONS

The Grande Health and Wellness Clinic in Brownsville is located on the corner of Highway 49 and Dairy Road. The clinic is located across from the Brownsville Facility off of the parking lot. There are designated parking spots for clinic patients in front of the Health and Wellness Center. The Clinic entrance is on the left side of the Health and Wellness Center. Upon entrance, ring the call button inside the waiting room, and the provider will come to greet you.
