SPOUSE COMMUNICATION OVERVIEW
Here at Grande, we have benefits that not only apply to our Associates, but their spouses and families as well! Below are some of the benefits that we offer for spouses of Grande Associates.

WELLBEING PLATFORM
Grande’s wellbeing platform, Navigate, is designed to help prioritize wellbeing. With Navigate, Associates and their spouse/domestic partner, regardless of their enrollment in Grande’s medical plan, are able to track points and complete activities that support overall wellbeing – from physical fitness and emotional health to financial wellbeing. With a focus on whole-self wellbeing, every aspect of health is supported. Navigate offers a personalized and streamlined experience for Associates and their spouse/domestic partner to explore personal or group challenges, video courses, curated recipes and much more! Explore a variety of wellbeing pillars within Navigate: mindfulness, physical, community, social, financial, nutrition, purpose and balance.
Associates and spouses/ domestic partners must achieve 750 points in Navigate and complete a biometric screening or annual exam by November 15 to receive a medical premium discount for the following year. The biometric screening or annual exam must be completed between December 1, 2025 and November 15, 2026. Point balances in the wellbeing platform will reset annually on January 1. All Associates and their spouses/domestic partners are encouraged to participate in the program to support their personal wellbeing and are eligible for additional incentives throughout the year.

HEALTH NAVIGATOR
Associates and their dependents also have access to Health Navigator. You do not need to be enrolled in Grande’s medical plan to utilize these services. This service offers the peace of mind that comes with having an objective, unbiased, resource to coordinate an expert medical review and guide you through your most pressing healthcare challenges.

EMOTIONAL WELLBEING SUPPORT
Lyra
This emotional wellbeing benefit can provide support for full time Associates and their immediate family members, up to age 26, who are feeling anxious, depressed, experiencing grief, navigating life’s changes, looking to improve their work or personal relationships, or just want to feel better emotionally. Associates and their immediate family members have access to a variety of resources with Lyra, such as:
- Access to high-quality and confidential mental health care – including therapy and coaching sessions for the whole family.
- Ability to match members to the best possible provider that fits their needs.
- Eight (8) therapy or coaching sessions at no cost, per person each calendar year.
- Support for kids, teens, parents, and couples.
- Access a library of self-help resources, such as meditations, videos, and courses.
- Talk to a provider virtually, in person, or live chat including nights and weekends.

SupportLinc EAP
Grande also offers you and your family emotional support tools and work life balance resources to keep you at your best by offering you an EAP, powered by SupportLinc. SupportLinc is a free and confidential service that provides you with 24/7 access to care, including the option to speak to a counselor.
