DIRECTIONS
The Grande Health and Wellness Clinic is located within the new Home Office and Research Center building. The building is located off of Highway 41 and Interstate 151 on Camelot Drive. The clinic has its own designated entrance located on the far left side of the building. There will also be patient parking spots available near the clinic entrance.
