Ingredients:
1½ frozen bananas
5 whole frozen strawberries
1cup unsweetened almond milk (regular milk would also work well)
1 serving vanilla protein powder* (or plain whey powder) (150 calories, 4 g carbs, 24 g protein)
1 cup strawberry banana Greek yogurt
Ice (as needed for desired consistency)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
