Thin Mint Green Monster Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 serving of chocolate protein powder (serving size will vary on protein powder brand)

*(may substitute vanilla protein powder or a plain whey protein powder)

  • 1 cup milk

*(use any type of milk: cows, almond, coconut, etc…)

  • 5 ice cubes
  • Peppermint extract, to taste

*(CAUTION: Add a tiny bit at a time. This stuff is strong.)

  • 2 large handfuls fresh spinach

 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
