COVERAGE INFORMATION

Full-time Associates working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for Grande’s benefit offerings. You are eligible for benefits 30 days after you are hired. Coverage will remain in place through December 31st. You are eligible to cover your eligible dependents and have three options: Associate, Associate +1, or Family.

WHAT IF I DON’T ENROLL?

If you don’t enroll in benefits within UKG, you and your dependents will not be enrolled in coverage. You will not be eligible to enroll until the next Open Enrollment period for benefits, effective in 2026, unless you experience a qualifying life event (QLE).

QUALIFYING LIFE EVENT (QLE)

A QLE is a change in marital status (such as marriage or divorce), the birth/adoption of a child, death of a dependent, a loss or gain of existing health coverage, etc. If you experience a QLE, you have 30 days from the date of the QLE to make changes to your benefit elections online in UKG. If you experience a QLE and need assistance in updating your elections, please reach out to the Benefits Team.

ENROLLING IN UKG

If you are enrolling dependents, make sure you have their personal information including, social security number and date of birth. You will be required to enter this information when enrolling. Once you are ready, log into UKG (https://n24.ultipro.com or https://grande.ultipro.com). On your profile, click on ‘Menu’ and click on ‘Life Events’, select ‘I am a new Associate’ to begin the enrollment process.

Review each benefit plan and enroll in your desired coverage. Once you are complete and you have verified your elections, make sure you submit your elections to finalize your enrollment.
