Eligibility

  • The fitness center is available to active Full-time and Part-time Associates.
  • For new Associates there is no waiting period!
  • To gain access to the Fitness Center, Associates are required to complete a liability waiver. For new Associates, waivers will be added to UKG as a document to acknowledge. If you decide to decline the waiver initially, you can return to the document and request access at a later time. Once the waiver is acknowledged that you’d like access to the fitness center, your badge will be given access to the doors. For current Associates please reach out to your HRBP or the benefits team at 920-952-7555 or benefits@grande.com and we will add the waiver to your UKG account for you to complete.

Utilization

  • Please be sure to check-in on the iPads provided. If you have any questions, please contact benefits@grande.com
  • Please be respectful and considerate to others while using the fitness center
  • Put equipment back to original form prior to your use
  • Keep music and televisions at a low volume
  • No cell phone use within the fitness area
  • No street shoes allowed while exercising
  • Help to keep equipment and floor clean
  • Associates found to be using the fitness center without a signed liability waiver will have their access removed until waiver is complete
  • Sanitizer wipes will be available to clean equipment after each use
